Wallet is the guest's page for the stay, on your domain: the booking, the way in, services and the next stay in one place.

What is Wallet?

Wallet gathers what the guest needs for the stay on your own domain: the verified booking, keyless access, add-on services to request or pay for, and a lower price for the next stay. The guest relationship is yours.

One more night

Is the night after the stay free? The day before checkout, Wallet tells the guest. The guest asks from their page, and one more night is priced at your prices and paid there.

What is inside Wallet

• The guest's page on your domain: The booking, the letter from you, the receipt, and a box that answers questions about the house and what is nearby.
• Keyless access: A door code or a supported smart lock. The code is always on the guest's page; you choose when it is also sent in its own e-mail.
• Add-on services: Late checkout, early check-in and more, at your prices. The guest asks or pays on the page.
• A lower price when the guest comes back: After checkout, one e-mail with your own offer for the next stay, at the lower price you set. 0 means off.
• E-mails at the right moments: The arrival e-mail 48 hours before check-in, the door code in its own e-mail at the time you choose, and the offer for the next stay after checkout. Each one can be switched off.

• Booking confirmed: The guest's page is created on your domain with the verified booking.
• 48 hours before: The arrival e-mail: check-in time and how to get there. The door code is on the guest's page, and in its own e-mail at the time you choose.
• During the stay: The page: access, add-on services, one more night and answers about the house.
• After checkout: One e-mail with your offer for the next stay, at the lower price you set.

Does the guest need to download an app?

No. Wallet is a web page on your own domain. There is nothing to install.

What is the lower price for a returning guest?

A lower price you set for a guest who comes back and for the next stay. The guest sees one price. 0 means off.

How does keyless access work?

You choose a door code or a supported smart lock. The code is always on the guest's page; you choose when it is also sent: seven days, two days, one day or two hours before check-in, or not at all.

Is Wallet included in the subscription?

Yes. Wallet is included in your HemmaBo subscription at no extra cost.
