HemmaBo Pricera

Pricera: host-set prices; the guest total is the price VRP signs.

You set your own nightly prices — by guest count, season and weekday/weekend. The system computes the guest's total from your prices, and the guest sees one price.

What is Pricera?

You define seasons (low/high) and set nightly prices by guest count, season and weekday/weekend — plus ready-made week and two-week totals. You can also set lower prices: for a week, for a month, for booking early, for booking late, and for the empty nights between two bookings. The system computes the guest's total deterministically from your own prices — no AI, no black box — and the guest sees one price.

How it works

  • Set your seasons: Name periods (Summer, Christmas–New Year …) with dates and low/high.
  • Set your nightly prices: Price per night by guest count × season × weekday/weekend, plus 7- and 14-night totals. The system computes the total.
  • Set lower prices: For a week, for a month, for booking early, for booking late. The guest sees one price.
  • The nights between two bookings: Offer the empty nights between two bookings or not — with their own minimum stay and the lower price you set.

FAQ

Does Pricera set the prices for me?

No. You set every price yourself. Pricera computes the guest's total from your prices — no AI, no guessing.

What happens to the empty nights between two bookings?

You choose whether to offer them. If you do, a guest can book them with the minimum stay and the lower price you set for them.

Does the guest see a discount?

No. The guest sees one price: the total computed from your prices, with the lower price that applies. That total is what the stay offer your domain signs (VRP) commits to.

How are the week and two-week prices calculated?

You can set a ready-made total for 7 and 14 nights. Otherwise your nightly prices are summed.

Can I change my prices anytime?

Yes. Everything is managed from your dashboard.
