HemmaBo manifest — ownership and trust for the offer

HemmaBo is a statement about ownership: the host builds on their own domain and owns the guest relationship, the booking, the payment and the terms — there is no booking commission to HemmaBo and no gatekeeper deciding who is visible. It is also a statement about trust. The emerging agent economy is built to verify the buyer; HemmaBo verifies the offer — every stay offer is signed with Ed25519 on the host's own domain (did:web), and any AI agent can verify it connector-free, with no central registry, no token and no ledger. The host's own domain is the root of trust for the host's own offers. This is the Vacation Rental Protocol (VRP), an open standard of which HemmaBo is the reference implementation.
