Konversa — guest chat grounded in the host's own property data
Konversa is HemmaBo's guest-chat layer on the host's own domain. It streams answers in real time, grounded in the property's own data — house rules, amenities, FAQ, add-on services and the host's instructions — and replies in the guest's detected language with an automatic provider fallback. It is answer-only: it can surface a booking suggestion the guest must confirm, never an autonomous checkout. The same property facts and availability are what the host domain's VRP stay offer (signed with Ed25519, verifiable in a tamper-evident log) commits to.
