How HemmaBo works, step by step

1) The host uses a domain they already own at any registrar. 2) HemmaBo sets up the booking website, calendar and Stripe Connect on the host's own domain. 3) When the site is live, the host domain automatically exposes /llms.txt, structured data, a sitemap and VRP discovery. 4) Guests book directly, and compatible AI agents can read, verify and book. 5) After the booking the system keeps working: guest Wallet, Konversa guest chat in 12 languages, automatic extend-stay offers, gap-night opportunities, early/late check-in handling and guest-language emails.

When the host domain is live it is machine-readable: connector-free agents (ChatGPT, Bing, Gemini) read /llms.txt, /.well-known/vacation-rental.json and /.well-known/agent-traversal.json and run discover -> verify keys -> Ed25519-signed VRP offer -> checkout. MCP agents reach the network via hemmabo-mcp-server (15 tools). When requested dates are taken, an agent can suggest the next available date with a live price. HemmaBo runs alongside external channels via iCal sync.

Responsibility — legally clear

The host is responsible for the rental, the guests and the terms. HemmaBo provides the technical system (website, booking, payment, operations) and is not a party to the rental agreement between host and guest. The host owns the domain, the guest relationship and the payment path.
