HemmaBo FAQ — host, guest, payment, AI agents and VRP

Common questions about HemmaBo, host-owned direct booking on the host's own domain. The guest always books directly with the host; payment runs through Stripe Connect to the host's own account and HemmaBo never holds guest funds or acts as merchant of record; the host is responsible for the accommodation and the agreement. HemmaBo is direct-booking infrastructure plus a verifiable, cryptographically signed offer — not an OTA, not a booking intermediary, not a traffic source. Compatible AI agents (including ChatGPT and Perplexity, connector-free) can discover, quote, book, reschedule and cancel on the host domain via the open Vacation Rental Protocol and HemmaBo's MCP server; every stay offer is Ed25519-signed on the host's own domain (did:web) and can be verified independently. It is 399 SEK/month, first month free, with no booking commission to HemmaBo.
