Who contacts whom

HemmaBo is the software provider for hosts and is not a party to the booking between host and guest. A host contacts HemmaBo for domain, dashboard, Stripe Connect, calendar, design templates and technical questions. A guest with a question about a specific stay contacts the host via the property's own domain or the guest Wallet, not HemmaBo support; the host owns the guest relationship, the payment and the stay.
