Vacation rental software. A signed stay offer on the host's own domain.
Watch an AI agent verify a stay — live, in your own browser
$39/month.
Agents are starting to find stays for us. The question almost nobody is answering: when an agent shows you a price for a stay, how does it know that price actually came from the host — and not from a middleman that added its own cut?
So instead of describing it, we built something you can run yourself: a live demo where an agent discovers, verifies the signed offer on a real host node, and sends you to book there — with nothing hidden.
What you watch happen
- Discover. The agent finds the property on the open web — no connector, no API key, no marketplace login.
- Fetch the host's keys. It reads the host domain's own public keys (Ed25519, did:web).
- Pull the signed offer. A sealed envelope: the host's real price, availability and validity window, signed on the host's own domain.
- Verify — in your browser. The signature is checked with your browser's native Web Crypto. Our servers play no part. If a single byte were altered, it would fail.
- Book direct. The agent routes to the host's own booking URL. 0% commission, payment to the host, no add-on fees.
Why this is different
This is not another listing site, and it is not a platform you log into. The host's own domain is the source of truth, and the offer itself is signed — so the price is verifiable, by anyone, against the host's own domain. A platform makes you bookable through the platform; this makes the host's own domain the verifiable booking source an agent can trust directly. It is built on an open standard — the Vacation Rental Protocol (VRP), CC0/Apache — that anyone can implement.
Honest about the frontier
We would rather show you exactly where the edge is than oversell. Discovery, the host-domain signature, and the verification are fully live and reproducible — you can verify a signed offer yourself. The booking link is the host's own signed URL; the checkout runs in Stripe test mode today, and a fully autonomous agent payment is the open step we are still building. Live reference node: Villa Åkerlyckan in Sweden.
HemmaBo builds and runs the reference implementation. We are not a registry, scorer, OTA, marketplace, or booking intermediary — the host owns the domain, the guest, and the data. The demo just lets you see the trust happen, instead of taking our word for it.
