HemmaBo — the trust layer for vacation rentals

HemmaBo is the trust layer for vacation rentals: host-owned direct booking on the host's own domain, plus a cryptographically verifiable offer. Every stay offer is Ed25519-signed on the host's own domain (did:web) and can be verified connector-free by a guest or an AI agent, and recorded in an append-only, tamper-evident transparency log. Compatible AI agents — including ChatGPT and Perplexity connector-free, Claude and Manus AI, and agents that search — can discover, quote, book, reschedule and cancel directly on the host domain via the open Vacation Rental Protocol, an MCP server and agent-traversal; when dates are taken they get the next available date with a live price, not a wall. Payment runs through Stripe Connect directly to the host; HemmaBo is not an OTA, not a booking intermediary and not a traffic source, with no central trust registry and no per-booking commission. HemmaBo is the reference implementation of the open Vacation Rental Protocol (VRP), created by founder Rouiada Abbas; live proof runs at Villa Åkerlyckan in Kävlinge, Sweden. A booking website goes live in about 30 minutes for a flat 399 SEK/month, first month free. No smoke — just a signal.
