Guarda is how HemmaBo keeps availability true on the host's own domain: direct bookings lock at database level the same second (two guests can never take the same dates), external iCal channels are pulled every 5 minutes, and conflicts are surfaced. True availability is what a VRP stay offer (signed with Ed25519, verifiable in a tamper-evident log) commits to — so AI agents can trust the offer connector-free via agent-traversal.
